Order Fulfillment
We feel that freshness is essential to great coffee. As much as possible we try to roast to order, which means we try to roast your coffee the day after you order it, Monday to Thursday.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail. Standard delivery times are within five business days for the United States, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within 10 days of placing it. If you are interested in another delivery service please email us at wholesale@wateravenuecoffee.com to make arrangements.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love our coffee. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of coffee we are unable to accept returns on coffee. We do want to make it right though. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order please call us at 503.808.7083, or email us at wholesale@wateravenuecoffee.com within 30 days of shipment. Please include your name, order number, and order date, and which products you aren’t enjoying.
International Orders
At this time we are unable to accommodate international orders.
Security
Water Avenue Coffee is committed to providing our customers a secure shopping experience. We do not store any customer credit card information. Credit card fraud is rare on the Internet, but it could happen. If you experience credit card fraud, simply notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Most companies will either cover all of the fraudulent purchases or hold you liable for a maximum of $50.00.
Before entering your credit card information, you will notice that your browser will switch to secure mode. This is normally shown by a key or lock symbol on your browser's status bar. This tells you that you have successfully begun to encrypt [scramble] information transferred from you to the Internet. This technology is known as SSL [Secure Sockets Layer] and is known to be a very safe means for encrypting data over the Internet.
