This limited edition coffee is double fermented: initially for 48 hours in the cherry followed by a second fermentation for 48 hours in a tank, before being sun-dried on patios. This unique process allows this coffee to really shine.
One batch was roasted at Water Avenue Coffee and its twin at Harder Day Coffee.
