Pachuj is a Kaqchikel word meaning “Where the mist meets the forest.”
Finca Pachuj is a 956-acre farm located in between the Lowland and the Highland in the Atitlan region. A majority of the land is a natural forest reserve with a thriving biodiversity of plants, animals, and insects across the mountainous terrain. Farmer Andres Fahsen has even spotted mountain lions roaming the farm.
