The Sidama region of Ethiopia has long produced some of the world’s most exciting coffees. The Dangura Washing Station is at the heart of this region, processing, and sun-drying the pick of local smallholder farmers.

This year’s harvest captures what we think makes Ethiopian coffees so singular: a flavor that is complex and floral, with a rich fruit-forward body.
