12oz El Salvador Finca Matalapa

Owned and operated by Vickie Ann Dalton de Diaz, Finca Matalapa is nestled in the La Libertad Region of El Salvador . The Finca was founded in 1800 by Vickie Ann’s great grandmother and has now been under the families care for four generations. All coffee is washed and milled on the estate with equipment dating  back to  Matalapa’s early days. This coffee exhibits a classic El Salvadorian profile with a vibrant acidity and lots of chocolate and roasted nuts in the cup. Balanced and round, this coffee is sure to please any and all palates with its intense sweetness and silky mouthfeel.
