Santo Tomás Pachuj is located on the lush slopes of the Atitlán volcano, in the Solola division. 

The farm's commitment to transparency and sustainability is led by Andres Fahsen, representing 5 generations of ownership by the Fahsen Rosales family. This rainforest alliance certified coffee is well-balanced with notes of dried apricot, dark chocolate, and brown sugar.
