We are proud to offer this limited run from our friends at Hacienda La Minita. They are stewards in sustainable farm and mill practices, and perfectionists in coffee quality.

Out of over a million pounds of coffee harvested, less than 30% survives the rigid mill classifications that determine this lot. It’s hard to believe that a coffee can be so sweet and balanced - tasting notes of malt chocolate and candied fruit.
